The Aurora 2025 Programme is Advance HE’s leadership development initiative for women, and it’s been a truly rewarding experience. I’m proud to have received my Advance HE certificate and badge at the Your Future in HE event in Edinburgh.

I’m grateful for the support from the School of Business, University of Dundee and my Aurora Programme mentor, Professor Susan Kinnear, whose mentorship has been invaluable.
I’ve been part of the Aurora community since the start of this journey and look forward to applying what I’ve learned while continuing to grow as a leader.
